SEMA - GT OWNERS DINNER - THURSDAY NIGHT 7pm

Have booked a table at THE PALM STEAKHOUSE located in THE FORUM SHOPS at CESARS PALACE at 7pm for us. So we can get a good count please let me know if you wish to be included. Everyone is welcome including Edsel, Bill and the new guy from Boeing.

I will keep the list here at the start of this thread.

Note: I had to sign a contract to get the private room. I had to assure 16 dinners. If you have to cancel please let me know 48 hours out. Otherwise I am on the hook for $50 a head no show fee. ok? At the end of dinner we will just split the check.. hope that works. Now MJ don't order the 10lbs lobster. :wink :wink

Note 2: The room holds 32 we are at 28 as I write this message. Room for two more, if you aren't going to make it please let me know... thanks

Note 3: I am overbooking the room. I know we will loose someone. If your name is on number 33 or later and everyone reconfirms, and the restaurant can't accomodate you, sadly, you may be bumped. Lets see what happens.

Note 4. I have a call into the Palm to see if we can get a bigger room... standby.

PLEASE RECONFIRM YOUR INTENTION TO ATTEND THIS DINNER
BETWEEN OCTOBER 23RD AND 31st. WE HAVE TO GIVE A FINAL COUNT
TO THE RESTAURANT.
THE RESTAURANT ALLOWS NO MORE THAN FOUR CREDIT CARDS TO BE USED. THEREFORE, PLEASE PLAN ON WRITING A CHECK OR PAYING FOR YOUR SHARE OF THE MEAL IN CASH.
We are overbooked, but I am confident we will loose a few folks in the reconfirmation process.

There is a 5% service charge for the banquet room and assistance plus we foresee a 20% tip for our waiter Dutch. This dinner should be a lot of fun.

I will be out of the Country from October 15th through the 31st and not logging on.
