Is there a post showing the rally scheduled events? I know of Chips dinner on the 23rd. What about the rest?............ GO BLU

...anyway, I hope to make it from the Woodward Dream Cruise in Detroit on August 20th by leaving by noon on Sunday August 21st heading to SaltLake City. I will be trailering with Margaret and the FGT in my trailer as usual..

Sounds like a nice, but fast, trip - stops in Davenport (08/21), North Platte or Sidney (08/22). Getting around Chicago is the worst part!!

It will be a quick trip, but we have family in town each year for the Woodward
Dream Cruise so I can't leave earlier.

Bump...

Still plan on being there, but my schedule is getting pinched on the front end. Would be most helpful to know what's scheduled but like Midnite, I can't seem to find a schedule of events anywhere?

If it's out there and I missed it, could someone point me in the right direction please?
 
Joe, how's the highway up and through the tunnel these days?
We're stopping in Wheat Ridge and then out to the western slopes on the way to SLC.
Just wondering if I should be expecting any construction or delays?

Wednesday is a full day and it will be our only early day. On Wednesday you'll get a detailed schedule for the rest of the event including the availability of museum tours, the Friday road rally (route won't be handed out in advance :wink ), etc.

I've been up in Anchorage all year. Sorry, I have no idea about any potential delays. I can say weekends on I-70 get pretty hectic but westbound early in the mornings will be against most traffic and wouldn't normally be a problem.

Yes, still here. And will be until late on 23rd. Then overnight flight to Denver to get my GT and head to SLC!

Be happy to meet up with anyone who heads up this way. After SLC, will be back up here for at least the next 18 - 24 months...
 
Do me a favor? Go to the state police museum and get me a hat and a large t-shirt. A good friend of mine is a MA state trooper.When I was up there it was closed on the weekends.I will happily reimburse you at the rally.
