Group Rate Booking Link

The above is the link to book the Hotel. The hotel is The Henry (formerly the Ritz Carlton) right across from Ford WHQ. The rate for the official dates of check-in August 25 check-out August 29 is $169 per night. I believe the prevailing rate otherwise is $242 nightly.

I was gonna wait until I put up registration this weekend, but have at it.

Here's the deal though: The Henry would only sell me 100 rooms and we will exceed that block. So after event registration is up, we'll have to cross reference periodically and make sure rooms are only being taken by people who have confirmed registration for the event. No big deal, but just an advance notice because usually we're at such huge hotels that it's not a big deal when people block a room just in case and have to cancel later!

For Rally I, we had ample trailer parking. Ford World headquarters is very nearby.

As the Doctor mentions, we were allowed to park at WHQ last time. If for some reason that is unavailable (those lots are massive but do periodically get filled by incoming lease program vehicles), you can definitely leave any trailer and rig you like over at GT Forum HQ. It's about 15 minutes away but it's under 24h surveillance.
