This is fun stufff...original owner, ordered exactly how I wanted it, watched it being built at Saleen and at Wixom and I was there for the first gallon of gas and engine start at the Wixom Plant.
It is be part of my estate some day...

Original owner, ordered it exactly how I wanted it (had to wait 6 months for arrival) but wasn't as lucky as Andy to watch it being built. However I was leaning against the Reliable trailer before the driver was out of the tractor when it was being delivered. Have pics of it still in the trailer.:thumbsup

Trent, That duplicates my story to a T! I had the chance to see the drivetrain put in, but couldn't get off work. My boss wanted 2 week notice. Not fair!

2nd owner and will NEVER give her up or sell her. If I had been the original owner, I'd never have parted from her. I can't understand why anyone would. As I looked at all the exotic super cars at SEMA today...and they're all here including the LP700 Veyron, 599's, 458's, I noticed there were no GT's. All I could think of, was that there isn't a car here I'd rather own than this GT. I did however see a ton of seriously gorgeous pickups I'd want in a heartbeat over my lifted /modded 2500HD.

I wasn't lucky enough to order mine and watch it being built, but the GT was delivered to my front door with 2.2 miles on it. I still remember the first drive - had to wait a couple of weeks because of the weather - hated watching the miles roll on the odometer but couldn't stop myself. 13K on the old girl today.

Second owner on Red/White 401595 had it for 4 years. From 1,563 mile to 12,000 are mine.
First registered owner on Yellow/Black 400128 but have only had it 10 months, still setting at 250 miles.

You were a touring musician...the band from the avatar makes my head explode. It's like Santana, Jimi Hendrix, Yes and King Crimson did a ton of acid, had a kid, and that kid turned turned it up to 12.

First owner, waited 15 months from a little ford dealer friend took delivery from last week of us run and have enjoyed every one or the 19000 miles:wink:big grin:driving:Thanks FORD and Thank you Ford GT Forum:thumbsup. The things I will not part with Wife,Kids and the GT.
