Great video!

I couldn't tell ...was that a yellowish orange Gallardo the GT blew by in the last few seconds of the 'tape?

('Just can't make up my mind on that deck lid spoiler though.:skep )

Actually yes that is an orange Gallardo it blew by among a few others. Well lets just say it isn't the first GT to have that big of a spoiler and most likely not the last.

Sweet .....

what a great looking wing and splitter! i luv the flat black paint too. i can see how much faster he is getting thru those corners as a result of the extra downforce.

going to be a great year!

'Agree with the PERFORMANCE stmt! It does WORK!

I'm just left a bit woosey by the wing's "rice" look (...though, I don't see how that could be avoided & still have one that WORKS). I think my problem with it is that I see virtually the same wing lag screwed down onto the trunk lid of every other Jap. econo box on the street around here! :ack

The cool thing about the old cars from the 60's and so on is that the best looking were actual the best engineered for aerodynamics. Although our knowledge in aerodynamics were primitive at best back then.

Best aerodynamics then:

to the modern salt flat racers which are all awesome looking cars.

Looking at the full size image from the original post changes: lexan "glass", full cage, all mecanical releases (doors, front hood), changed mirrors (must be to lighten), headlights gone, and that is just want is obvious (not mentioning wheels and downforce package). Seems like a good shoe behind the wheel too.....

THANK GOD! I love my car even more now.

WOW, how cool is that. But, I am guessing that the car may not have even started as a real GT, Just molds pulled from the body fitted to a race frame. You will notice the width of the front tires, I am not sure those would clear our chassis.

I do wonder about the Wheels and tires though. It has track set-up written all over it. Looks like 18's out back.

I think it was the color that helped him thru the corner.

The answer to the eternal question, what is love?:cheers

That car is crazy! I hope it does well this season.

thank you !! Very enjoyable.

What are the specs on the motor? How is the fuel being delivered? Great video, anyone up for a trip to watch it's first race or any of it's upcoming races?

Not bad...

Its a tought call... you need a detachable one that you can put on for the track and off for the road.
