The tips look great! I assume that the tips are doubles walled near the end that would help them stay much cooler than the exterior single wall tip. Also they may have a chance on not blueing from the heat.

Where are the baffles in the pipe? Are they easy to remove and install?

The tips are about the same distance from the plastic shroud as the Ford Racing Borla muffler tips which have not been an issue with my car. I'd expect with the exhaust pipes exiting about an inch farther back than stock or Borla this would help things as well.

How easy are the sound baffles to install/uninstall?

Hi guys,

In order to remove or install the baffles you would need to unbolt the exhaust system at the flange where it meets with the factory exhaust or aftermarket headers. There is only one set of baffles so yes, it is an all or none type of thing.

This system will fit the FRPP headers as well.

Like Chris said, the tips are the same diameter as the FRPP tips and are double wall so the outer wall of the tips will stay much cooler than single wall tips. Like Black Ice said, the double wall tips are also much more resistant to discoloration that any of the single wall tips.

We will have some before and after dyno data in a couple of weeks when the first full production run is complete.

How much of a difference in sound and loudness of the exhaust with and without the baffles. Is the demo sound clip with, or without baffles?

When you tune a car with or without baffles do you need to retune if you change the configuration? How much do the baffles affect power output?

So far we have only tested this on a turbo car and there was no power difference between baffles and no baffles and there will be no change in tuning required between the two. The video clip is with no baffles. The baffles don't make a dramatic difference but it is noticeable.
