Check out this 1930 Model A Rat Rod I just picked up. Saw it on Ebay, had Shelby negotiate and handle the deal and it just arrived. Will get some more pics this weekend.

Rat Rod's are supposed to look rough but the detail in this thing is absolutely incredible!! AMAZING CAR AND SOUNDS SOOOOO GOOD!!!! :banana :banana

I was never much of a rat rod guy because they always seemed to look "incomplete"to me and I am too neurotic to see something incomplete in my garage as a finished project. That sir is "complete" and very well done from the looks. Congrats and enjoy, that is a badazz car!

There's a little periscope-looking doodad mounted amidships above the cowl. What is it? :shrug
