Ok guys so here is the news. When timmy was born back in Jan. My parents came out to see us in Feb. It was my dads 1st time in the GT, seeing a GT and driving a GT. So, I go and tell him about the Ronald McDonald give away and tell him I'll donate $250 and he should donate $250 and we'll see if he can get the GT. Well, the drawing was today @ 9pm our time and 11pm his time, he got the call as the winner of the FORD GT. Father and son, mine is white w/blue and all options and his is red w/white and all options but the bbs I believe.
He forgot to buy them back in Feb. and when I was out there after the Detroit Rally he still hadn't bought them. So, Thursday, 2 days before the drawing he purchased 'em. He hasn't even received the stubs from the purchased tickets. The call came in and he's doing the paper work on Monday. He should be posted on the internet by tomorrow.
Please e-mail him and tell him not to take the money and to get that car ASAP.

Welcome him to the group as he now has our Forum address. He is a ford guy. He owned a '69 boss 302 that he use to drag in Wisconsin back in the early 70's. Was a crew cheif for a friend racing the hydroplane (boats) and is a self made man and car nut. You guys might remember an earlier post about how I explained that it made my dad giggle to drive my GT.
Anyways I thought you guys might like that story. To know we have another one in our family (the forum family that is) as well as in my new family.
