Finished up the side window trim , hopefully I will be able to run the car with the full side windows but just in case I made up these .

Thanks for all the compliments, not a lot to show in photos but we did get the alignment and corner weights done , took a little longer than expected as Gerry had to machine some spacers
Finished up the windshield mounting tabs and we are making the front grille screen out of some stainless .
Still cleaning up some wiring , some switches need replacing and headlight covers are coming from Sascha in Germany .
Bought some parts from Jason in the UK , he saw the build thread and contacted me , so the forum has proved very helpful once again.

I ordered the factory door weatherstrip and we modified it to fit around the cage , turned out nice and the door fit is good.

Wow, Nice! I like the side window trim. great fitment. Is that a GTR front facia? looks very similar to the Robertson Racing unit. Beautiful! congrats
No the front fascia is from Matech in Germany , the Robertson Racing piece is quite a bit different
The Robertson car has more of an add on flare and more rounded lower edge , not sure if the GTR has a separate splitter or if it is one piece.
Thanks for the compliment on the side window trim , I have had to redo it twice to get it right.

Got the grille screens back from powdercoat and installed them today
Some spares from Jason in England arrived earlier in the week

It was a nice day here yesterday so I pushed the car out by the door to see how the colour looks outside

Rear wing is still at the body shop getting recleared , diffuser is off the car while we work on it , rear window is getting the trim retouched and will install the factory side stripes on Tuesday .
Sascha is shipping the headlight covers today , hope to see them next week .

Finally got the wing back from the Body shop , poor painter had to spray at least 10 coats of clear , wet sanding created a lot of pin holes that resulted in numerous fisheyes .
In the end it turned out really nice
