Are we thinking about getting a contingent for Lemans in 2016?

"Ford announced today it is returning to one of the most prestigious automobile races in the world with its new Ford GT race car, based on the all-new ultra-high-performance supercar that goes on sale next year.
The Ford GT race car will compete in the 24 Hours of Le Mans – referred to by many as the Grand Prix of Endurance and Efficiency – starting next year. Revealed today at the famous circuit in Le Mans, France, Ford GT will compete in the Le Mans GT Endurance class for professional teams and drivers (LM GTE Pro)."

There are lots of topics on the new Ford GT here. Just look in the "2016+ Ford GT" subforum. There is discussion about a 2016 gathering there.

At Rally 9 in Vegas there was also a teaser video about there being a group trip, perhaps even as Rally XI. I hope details will be forthcoming after (or at) Rally X!

Details on what will be available for Ford GT owners at LM in 2016 will be coming soon. Went to LM for race car launch and met with FMC European marketing to discuss the set up for 2016 re: GT owners at LM. Should be phenomenal.

As previously advised, definitely in for this. Maybe we can all drive to Maranello after the race and block the entrance with our GTs?

Well not sure about that, but the last two years we have had Chris Evans who is taking over from Clarkson.
