Le Mans - Amazing


Speeds commentary of GT-1 is dissapointing. Diffey, Fish, Pruett and Schroeder are oblivious in regard to the GT. Blathering on about the Corvettes as they show video of the GT-1 leading GT on screen. No mention of the GT's except for the shunt. Diffey didn't even know the the drivers name (Grosjean) of the class leading GT at the close of coverage.:frown

Dinner time at the Matech Hospitality. All I can say was that last night was amazing, this morning was amazing, the first five hours of the race have been great, and Matech is leading. Many posts to come.

Keep it steady boys, got a good lead going.

The speed channel coverage sucks !!!!
Chevy is paying some one .
What a great story line they could have had with the return of the Ford GT 40 to LeMans.The slayer is back!!!
It would have been a real interesting story to tell with the history of the GT40. and the making of the New Ford GT ! Could have been a nice plug for Ford too ....
Well I guess we know !!
Lets hope for better.Perhaps in the next live segment coverage !

What a shame. Was watching on Speed streaming video and saw the #61 all female Matech car pulll off on fire. Driver okay.

Roman leads in FGT #60.

Very fast pit stop for FGT #60 under a yellow flag. Almost a 2 min. lead.

Yes, GT coverage has sucked. Perhaps Speed Channel is favoring coverage of the American entry Corvettes over the Swiss and Belgian entry GT's. It has been disappointing coverage.
 
I switched to the US vs. England Soccer game and watched the US tie up the score. I think Chip & Dave need to start/host a SpeedGTChannel. Post more Pix guys----PLEASE!!!
 
Pickup truck race rained out. Le Mans coverage back on speed channel. More leg humping Corvette chat...:bored

FGT by 4 min.

Thomas Mutsch is back in #60 and 4+ min ahead of the #72 Corvette. 7:40 into the race. Looking very smooth!
