Grand Prix at Long Beach - The Race is On

Bubba Burger Sports Car Grand Prix :bored This is some serious nascarization with all this obsessive Bubba Burger pitching.

#66 starts 7th, #67 starts from the back of the field after the fire kept it from qualifying.

I don't have high expectations for this race. LB is a pretty painful race, little passing, but still have my fingers crossed!

Issues continue. #66 door latching problems with the door popping open on corners. Remember hearing something about that in pre-season testing.

Can't complain about that. #67 made the nice recovery from the fire incident to finish 4th. #66 and the door issue dropped it out of contention almost immediately, but I'm not sure why it's showing as 8th in timing and scoring. Did the 3 and 100 take penalties?

Strike that, looks like 4th and 7th. Must be penalty to the 912 also, obviously. Ha.

One of two outcomes. Teething problems continue, and Le Mans is a fiasco, or, teething problems solved and they could do something. I'm not betting against the Corvettes, but if Porsche can beat them, so can we.

Anyone know what happened at Silverstone?

Silverstone race starts in 9 hours , GT's qualified 3rd and 5th in LMGTE class .

4th and seventh. The #67 was flying for a bit. Not the track for them and they still looked good. Going to be a good summer.
