Countdown is on until the hypercar showdown begins. F70, P1, Lambo Veneno.

Not really feeling this Lamborghini. Call me crazy, but I think if said "Mansory" on it instead of Lamborghini, people would be savaging it. Side is pretty cool, fin integration is cool, but front and back ends looks like something from SEMA to me.

Looks like a poorly executed origami art project.

totally agree... especially that shot of the rear; looks like a modern-day George Barris creation.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. The Lambo guys seemed pretty enamored with the rear and I just couldn't see it.

I think it looks like a modern day batmobile. Its so ridiculously overpriced. Is it the most expensive new car ever....4m. Can't remember anything that expensive

Is this the Gallardo succor?

No, it's like the Reventon was to the Murcielago. It's a re-bodied Aventador with 740 hp and weight savings. 3 produced, £3 million. Sort of the Sesto Elemento Aventador.

An Ugly thing! i do prefer my stock Aventador then. The weight savings would be welcome as it's rather heavy in steering.

This is terrible such a shame.

I personally think it's pretty awful. Yikes.

Cashing in the the Batmobile craze.

To me it looks like the parts bins of the T.V. series Batmobile, Speed Racer's Mach 5, and a Merci were all dumped together in a pile and the factory boys did their darnedest to make everything fit together anyway...tweaking where ever necessary.

It's far too "Star Wars" (or Buck Rogers) looking for me.

That said, if someone wanted to give one to me I'm sure I could/would find a space for it...if only on ebay.

Different strokes...

This year will be The Battle Of The Titans !!

Many of my automobile friends send me MMS pictures of the big Mac and some other goodies from Geneva.
Looking forward to the LaFerrari ( F70 ) !!!

Maybe I am too simplistic, but it seems these designs try too hard to be different. Granted, I don't own any car that looks remotely like it was designed in the 21st century, but a good design is a good design, plain and simple. Is there any sighted person who really believes this finned monstrosity looks better than this-

Personally I never thought the Miura concept looked quite right because of the wheels, color and size. For some reason it just doesn't translate quite as well into a bigger more modern relative the way the GT does. It also probably has something to do with it looking totally out of place with Lambo's current design language. Once you make that real aggressive modern choice, it's hard to walk it back.

In any case, I agree, it was definitely better than this thing.

New 991 GT3. Love this.

I totally agree with you. And when asked if the new Miura would see production, the head of Lambo said we are not interested in reliving the past.

Hmmmmmmmmmm, :frown

Reliving the Countach over and over and over for 35 years is not reliving the past? This thing reminds me of the Countach with the wing on the back and the wing on the nose (both made of balsa) that came out in what, the early 80's?

Oh, and Dave, Please don't disparage SEMA like that. :lol

Hard to blame Lamborghini when they keep finding ways to sell their production cars with new body kits for those prices.

That's one fugly thing, looks like the Lambo designers had a few Martinis.

Just over 1 hour to go!

Apparently the name is going to be LaFerrari. Alrighty then :lol

963 hp, 0-300 kph in under 15 seconds. Wow!!! This is definitely the golden age of street car performance.
