The way 'the system' works these days it could almost be 'factual'. :facepalm:

The Texas plate appears to have been conjured up in much the same spirit as the vanity plate "ISUEYOU" displayed on a local lawyer's car for about a year before being replaced. It's conceivable the Texas plate might also vanish within that same time frame...for similar reasons.

I thought that too, but what if he means that he has to be on the proverbial "welfare" now that he has purchased this car? I would hope that someone can't be as tasteless as the above comment but then again I have read Fchat so....
