Gents -
After having been given the great opportunity for a special edition GT spot - and after much hesitation - I am reluctantly putting my new Dodge Demon for sale. I ordered it in this admittedly awesome Indigo Blue color and configuration and I am the original owner. They were/are really hard to come by, and if it wasn't for DoctorV8, I wouldn 't have found one. Mine is brand spanking new, as my recently crazy schedule hasn't given me the chance to drive it yet. Rolled off the delivery truck right into my garage not too long ago, and put right on the trickle charger. I was advised by another member (DakotaGT) not to drive it without clear bra, and just haven't had the chance - hence no miles beyond delivery .

Unlike most for sale, I have the giant 250 plus pound unopened 'Demon Crate' and cover, every paper, tag, box and widget that came with the car from new. There isn't a mark on it.

After a little looking around, I think at asking $120k OBO, it's the best priced one out there. Of course, clear title is in hand.

If it weren't for the special edition slot, I honestly would keep it.

Please PM me if serious.

GLWS!

I hadn't seen what the demon crate looked like before, that does seem pretty giant!

While I haven't officially opened the crate, per Dodge:

Demon buyer will have the option to purchase a "Demon Crate" full of tools. And these aren't from Harbor Freight. No sir, these are high quality pieces from Snap-On.

The tools will include:
•a hydraulic floor jack with carrying bag
•a cordless impact wrench with charger
•a torque wrench
•a tire-pressure gauge
•a fender cover, and
•a tool bag
•a foam case that fits into the trunk and securely holds the front runners

In addition to those tools, the Demon Crate will include a dozen more parts, including Direct Connection Performance Parts:

•a performance powertrain control module with high-octane engine calibration
•replacement switch module containing high-octane button
•conical performance air filter
•passenger mirror block-off plate
•front-runner drag wheels

Using the tools from the crate owners will be able to install these parts for track use, run their best times, then take them off to drive on the street again.

Gents,
Thought I would bump this before more widely advertising. I'm open to reasonable offers from fellow forumites.

For a Demon? The last production Viper and Demon were sold at Barrett Jackson.

Average sale price of the 3 just sold at Mecum was $136k (high $145k) - and on top of that, you have to deal with Mecum....

Some nibbles. Car still available. Willing to entertain sensible offers before going through effort of putting it on other websites.

I feel your pain. I missed the 2 month period where 17 Viper GTSRs we’re going 30-40 over MSRP.

Mitchell, I posted your car for sale (with link to this thread) a while back on the Dodge Demon forum (subgroup of Hellcat.org). I’m surprised it hasn’t sold yet.

I find the yellow strip funny, its a protective cover that is supposed to be removed at delivery, but has turned into a hot accessory.

Funny - I thought about removing it, but thought it looked kind of cool. Didn't realize was a 'hot' item

Probably a worst case price, but $189, plus $80 in shipping
