After looking at all the different and more and more new wheel options - I decided it was time to find a way to zip the car up a bit....

I started with the standard BBS on a Blk/ Silver which looks good but after looking at the options on Peak's, Bony's and Pe2unia - I decided I wanted to do a variant of the black out.

I found a set of BBS knock off's for the mustangs where the out lip was sating and the spokes and dish of the wheels were blacked. So that is what I did!

Started by picking up a set of BBS wheels with a basically brand new set of Eagles on them - replaced the rear tires with a true new set during the change and wallah!

Me Like! Blacked out wheels with matching satin silver accents!

Awaiting Derry's lug nuts to really finish them out. At that time I can decide to go all black or leave the nuts and center cap silver.

Couldn't get her out today but I'll post better pics when I can......

BTW - they are painted with a form of electro-coating & epoxy based paint with a clear finish.... No cooking required as with powder coating.

WOW Mike, now your talking:thumbsup:thumbsup I do like this set up but you need to add the silver Ford GT stickers to the calipers to really bring her out. Let me know if you need a set I have a local guy that can print out within a day. GREAT JOB:banana

On a black car like yours they look insanely great.

VERY NICE JOB!:thumbsup

Beautiful Mike, just great! That's how the GT3 wheels on my black 911 are done, so I'm especially biased! :thumbsup

I,d go one more step

Mike,
I,d go one more step....I,d take a blow dryer and remove the silver stripe and leave only the Ford GT decal. I think this really cleans up the side.
To find out how it would look is to print the pic and take a black marker and black out the stripe. I,d go bright silver calibers maybe as another to match the lip on the rims. Then I,d add a black florescent Ford GT decal that would go on the calibers. Any sign shop can make you a decal for the calibers. I did a few decals a while back in a florescent red for a Chevy SSR I had. I like to see people add a different look, it gives the car a personality.
