What's in jambalaya? Does it matter? Cajuns don't give away cooking secrets unless they are drinking beer....pork, sausage and rice....just had a cold one. :)

Thanks for the picture pe2tunia!! It was really good to see you. Apparently someone he was sitting next to on one of the flights coming out had the bug, he is now on the full mend and doing great!! However it was my turn after I got home :(

I had a blast at the 24 ! I meet so many of you gt owners there, just wish I could have been around when you all got the close up look at the new gt . But I had a finger that needed to be put back on. I hope you all enjoyed looking at it.
