I need my right arm though :)....

This is about as nice as it gets.

The owner and builder are both racing friends and all around nice guys.

Top Shelf all the way.

It is again astounding that Ford was able to design our modern version to look so much like this original. Thanks, Camillo.

Seriously, what would be a fair price for this car?

:agree:

Beautiful car

Red is now my favorite color on the originals.

Regarding a fair price, I don't know but the number probably has 7 digits.

I remember reading about one going for $1.6 mil around May of 2010. Take it from there...

Yeah,

I just e-mailed my guess to a buddy......$2M :eek

Comes with a lot of spares including a Transaxle.....for those will to put on a race track.

WOW :) Now I like my dads car better than mine ;)

I'll just put it on my Visa. I could use the miles...

Looks like the inspiration for Pete S.' car. Really really nice. Big $$$.

Also nice writeups in the current Autoweek issue on (1) the new Boss and (2) supercars' weight and use of carbon fiber.

This is my favorite auto board and that is my favorite auto rag. Both seriously outstanding!

I have a call into Woodside let's see $2M over 7 years at 6.25 ......I am tired of paying for college and law school anyway.

I called Visa to up my limit by 1.9 Mil...they asked me if I was buying a GT40 by chance.

IMHO, GT40s, particularly those with good provenance are still inexpensive compared to most comparable Ferraris of the same generation. Canepa's offerings are usually first rate, but he always wants top $$$ for them.

Wow. A Beauty....

Sometimes, when you haven't looked at an original for a while, you forget just how beautiful they are. I mean you know, but you forget how MUCH you know. You know? Geez that's gorgeous!!!

That car looks absolutely amazing... agree with Superfly 100%
