I had suggested this hotel to Dave, and booked a room there on my own through my Marriott account as to not take up any allocation. They seem to have several open rooms, but you must act fast.

If there is a drive or other event planned for Thursday can the itinerary be posted here? I’m trying to plan my arrival time. Thanks!

I updated my post with new information now that the Hotel at Avalon has been finalized. I've got a route planned for Thursday leaving the hotel around 9AM.

John Tichi and I will arrive at the hotel on Tuesday night. We should do some kind of drive Wednesday morning if others will be there then. Cheers.

I’ll be joining the Drive with our 2018 67 Heritage GT.
 
For anybody that may be trailering their car there is trailer parking available in the back of the hotel but they said the space needs to be blocked off for our stay. Best to give them a call and let them know how much space you'll need. Looking forward to the fun.

It hasn't been updated since the 11th. I'm signed up and my name isn't on the list, so for sure it is not accurate.

Would anyone be interested in having a detailer available? I could see if the folks who did my ceramic coating might be willing to provide detailing services. If so, what makes most sense? Thursday and Friday nights?
 
Where and when will hospitality and race tickets be distributed?

Thursday morning, I hope. That is the only time I will be at the host hotel. Staying at the Hilton in Duluth.

Thursday night at Hotel at Avalon would be nice!
 
Thursday nite would work for me ...after my drive from Detroit. Not sure what time I will arrive but it would be nice to have the cars clean for the display at the track .
I Would like to know what type of cleaning tools (ie NO power wash ) and I would not need a full detail .
