Congrats Kendall, went to see a 50th anniversary V8 at HB Ford this afternoon, what a beautiful Guard Gray color. Still in a holding pattern waiting to test drive the C7- Zee Ooh my goodness six.
 
I put in on the dyno & scaled it as well.

Mine was completed August 21 but has not shipped yet, initially it had a "do not sell because of incomplete EPA data" but that is available now so I have no idea why it has not shipped.
 
was it a dealer stock order, I don't think retail orders have shipped just yet.

Not a dealer stock order, but the local dealer has also not received any of his stock orders either. Central California location maybe the problem, long shipping times.
I see that the fuel economy for the V8 is down from 14 maybe there was a cert issue?
 
I bit the bullet and ordered a '15 GT Premium in triple yellow yesterday. I'm going to put matte black stripes down the middle of it to match its big brother. Heh.

Beautiful Color! My neighbor just bought a white one and already installed a lowering kit and exhaust, really helped the stance and volume :)
 
Any idea what lowering kit he used?
 
Mine is finally in. Hopefully have time to get it this afternoon. Just in time for the most brutal weather of the year!
 
nice, post pictures. dropped my down an inch, going to put some vinyl on Thursday. Still waiting for the Roush blower to be released.

In the latest edition of Road & Track, they did a comparison of a stock Boss 302 against the new 2015 GT with the Performance Package on their home test track they use to make comparisons. In a ~57 second lap time, the new 2015 has a 14 car-length advantage.... in a single lap. Unbelievable!
 
Wow, that's a fair amount.... Now hold on for the actual hot rods....

Many people asked why I had sold both my 2012 and 2013 Laguna Seca models. As these were primarily track toys for me, the writing was on the wall regarding the performance capabilities of the 2015+ models....... even the "lowly" GT. But yes, just wait as there are many chapters to go!!
