Singer is not building replicas. Their craftsmanship is arguably the best. I am Having a hard time seeing the trademark infringement on this.

IMO, Singer doesn't dilute the Porsche brand one tiny bit. They are a phenomenal success and highly regarded by pretty much everyone. Seems like free brand promotion to me.
