    Focus RS Debut

I do know of a fellow who has a home in Mexico that brings his into the U.S. But he is restricted on the # of days it can be here (don't know who keeps track). When I looked into importing one it looked to be a nightmare. If I remember correctly it was due to crash safety standards. Presently my...

    Focus RS Debut

Been waiting and wanting for years and have loved the three door. A picture from a couple of years back in the South of France...I guess with well over 300hp And AWD I could live with 5 doors😜

    Here's to Seahawks play calling

Carroll has always been a defensive minded coach. At SC he called the defense and was in the loop but very hands off play calling on the offensive side. I doubt he has changed, his OC Bevell made the call I'd wager. No way Wilson made the call on his own, it wasn't a hot read either. It was...

My guess would be that either a semi auto (dual clutch) or a sequential would cost much more than a traditional manuel. It's a badass mustang but still a mustang if the cost becomes astronomical I'd think their would be pushback.

Agree 100% The GT 350r is in the large shadow of the new GT, on its own it would have stood out. It's the car I'm interested in as I hopefully can get my hands on one, the GT sounds like it may as well be made of unobtainium for people like me.

    A lap with Kimi

Love the casual flick with the off hand with full opposite lock oversteer, just a nice Sunday drive! Best Kimi moments: '06 Monaco dnf instead of returning to paddock he climbs aboard his yacht and parties with friends as the race continues. The classic "Leave me alone I know what I'm doing"...

    Safe Craft belts harness question

The last time I contacted Safecraft in Concord Ca. They said that the restraint business had been sold or spun off. I contacted the new Safecraft Restraint co. in Florida(?) and the guy was nice enough but unfortunately didn't have the specs for the GT harness system that Safecraft Ca...

Penske shock canister mount for front shocks

The Chassis Shop, Joes Racing or Longacre Racing all have canister mounts you could use. I'm not familiar with Stillens mount so don't know if any of those are what your looking for.

3.90 Final Drive Ratio - Gauging level of interest

We have the 3.90 gears in one car and the stock 3.3 in the other, both cars are otherwise identical, Whipples, exhaust, brakes, short shifter… The stock geared car is as most everyone knows is long legged; getting 0-60 without a shift will do that. The torque the GT has masks this as to not be a...

    Monaco

First year of a new package, merc hit a home run with it. Kind of like red bull with the blown diffuser in the last gen cars. As for Monaco it is unbelievably tight and unforgiving. You really have to see it in person to appreciate just how precise these guys have to be. It's like driving in a...

    F1 2014

Have to admit qualifying was pretty good. The cars sure look like a handful. I'm sure the rain was a big factor but in any case fun to watch. I do enjoy watching guys of that skill level struggle on the edge of every exit. These things would be lethal in the hands of a mortal.

    F1 2014

Couldn't agree more! I don't really care to watch a battle of attrition(5 engine rule) and fuel mileage. Decreasing displacement, lowering rpm and fuel consumption I worry have neutered the cars to what end? So we can say its a "green" sport, guess what the greenies are going to hate it no...
