Great! Congrats, and welcome!

I know it will end up being your favorite. You will start looking for reasons to take it for a spin. (going to get the mail dear) Just don't forget to get your replacement Power steering hose while you can. Have fun

This thread needs pictures. 😎

My 2011 GT350 number 289 was my favorite until the Tungsten GT showed up

Prettyfan, what's your first name and where are you located? And send a message to the moderator to add you to "the map."

Pettyfan,
Great to see you in the forum as well. It's nice to see GT owners connecting on Bring a Trailer and here. I hope you enjoy your new toy as much as the rest of us.

Owning this was a bucket list item that 10 years I would only dream about life is good and I take every opportunity to drive and share this car that I can. It’s an amazing experience pulling into some place and people approaching to look it over unfortunately they are rarely seen on the road , now in my town it’s a regular occurrence.

Congratulations.
It’s a fantastic car. I had one from new but sold it after few years and recently bought another one with the same spec. The old one was no garage queen and nether will this one be.

Enjoy it.

Can we assume there was a massive price difference? I don't think I would ever want to re-buy a model I had experienced. What did you own in between and what brought you back?

When I said few years I mean 2017.

After selling the GT. I went went through a phase where I test drove few cars. I remember getting a Mclaren 650 Spider for a weekend and I remember how amazing it looked at the time. Seeing it now think it aged badly. They all look the same. Not saying they drove bad or anything. But just on pure looks.

I did not go willing hunting for one but an opportunity came with a GT in it so grabbed it with both hands and feet. I love the GT. The looks, the sound.

Truly a wonderful car
