Does someone know where can I find a Stillen 3.9 final gear ratio ?

I my knowledge the only gears you will find are already installed in cars. Last I heard is Stillen's needs a group buy of 20+ gearsets to get Ridcardo to make more.

Im working with a company right now on it actually..

Thank you. Please let me know when ready.
Cheers

I'm INTERESTED !!!

I just got comfirmation this morning that a 3.90 and a 4.10 gear will be available by april. The 4.10 is the lowest gear you can put a Gt transaxle also.. Super Stoked!!!!

Over at M2K Motorsports we have been working on something in regards to the transmission. Even though we have yet to break one yet, there is always that first and when it comes we have something a little special planned.. Here are a few little teaser pics but good to see others are looking into the same thing. Will keep you updated.

Please keep me in the loop. I keep a spare gearbox standing by, but would love some new gear options.

Awesome Mark! Straight cut stuff for race only? I was gonna do a billet gear set but I want it to be quiet and something that I can drive everday...and the helical stuff from ppg is expensive! Is that who did the gears? so the rear gear makes it such an easy deal because you don't gotta re gear the whole trans and with the 4.10s you could go 290 mph at 9000 in 6th. The 4.10s will be perfect for what I want todo and the power that my car makes!

These gears are NOT done by PPG. Tried to work with those folks but needless to say, almost impossible. Here are some more pics of what they look like today. Hopefully by the end of the month, we will have all this complete and ready to go in the car. As far as going 290 at 9000rpm in 6th I don't really see that as an option knowing what we do about this motor but I guess on paper it seems possible just not practical.

Straight gears sound fantastic.

Cool! I'll never have enough power togo that fast. But 4.10s and stock 1-6th will be perfect for what I wanna do! can't wait to see you run next year!!

They're not the easiest to deal with, but Casale Engineering n Santa Fe Springs, California, is well versed as a gear manufacturer. They built most of the V-Drive units for the drag hydros back in the '60s and '70's. Just a thought....

Here are a few more new pics I just got of some special parts for the transmission. Seems like things are coming together rather nicely.

My Recardo 3.9 didn't last as long as I had hoped. There is a thread somewhere on the forum about it.

PS No hard launches.
