Actually, Rich Brooks picked it up this morning to shake it down and give it the once-over.

We have a short list of things to do yet; bond on the door caps, paint the roof, etc.

One week to go.

I know more about this that you would think. :biggrin

Actually IBM use of the trademark is via their ISS acquisition. ISS licensed use from from their acquisition of company X that sub-licensed the trademark from company Y for the specific marketplace limited to "security software" after company Y threaten company X with litigation for trademark infringement.

As Paul Harvey would say, "now you know the rest of the story."
