Anyone Using Zmax?

Is anyone using Zmax fuel or oil additive in their FGT? Shelby advertises he uses it in all his cars. I am about to change the oil and was thinking about it.

Bony...Before you say something, I am new to this forum but did try to search before asking this question.

Lots of posts on this subject on this board and many others prove that the best lubricant is specified by the factory. Stick with the oil recommended. Motorcraft and all will be gvood.

I do like Shelby's. Chili Mix and have a Shelby guitar and lots of wearables that he signed. No snake oil in any of my crankcases....

All I can say is ............... a product endorsement aka the known exchange of value for the use of a person's name does not = a quality product.

Very informative article and speaks the truth.

Just stick with the Motorcraft fluids for your GT engine and transaxle as recommended by the Ford design team and all will be fine.

I had to wait for the Ford dealer to get the proper oil and filter in stock. Changing the oil today at noon at the dealer Kirby recommended.
