Color choice in other cars is a pain now too. There are 4 shades of gold/tan/beige, 4 of grey/silver, white, red, blue, black. Well, at least in the cars I've looked at recently. More on the subject, do your other cool cars have the same color scheme, or something completely different? I like Vipers in Blue with white strips, a prowler in Yellow, and the ford gt in red/white. If I bought a fcar -red, porche silver, lamborghini yellow. Although maybe if I was at the purchase point one of the other colors would do it for me if I saw in person.

Alright, let me explain this one MORE time. All the questions you other color guys get about "what kind of car is that, is that a Ferrari, etc" don't affect RED owners because people recognize THE RED car as THE FORD GT. Shelby can think what he likes when he's sitting on 5-6 cars in the garage, but in real life, RED is THE color. Why did Ford make more of them than any other color? Becasue people want them more than any other color. Period.

+1 although blue is not bad either:biggrin now blue with black satin stripes? hmmm?

What color did Ford choose when it launched the first ads (Superbowl commercials)?

What color are most of the diecast models of the GT? and children's toys?

Why did Ford choose one color over the others? in both years?

What was, and still is, the most popular color of '65/'66 Mustangs?

So, can I hijack this thread and remind everyone that midnight blue is also the fastest?

Well don't keep us in suspense...Tell us man, which color is it???? :lol :cheers

Aside from the Sonic Blue, there is only one White with Orange Stripes & Wheels.

I think the license plate frame said "SPEED BUMPS AHEAD".

May be the owner was in the parking lot paving business. :willy:willy:willy:willy:willy:willy:willy

Thanks Sam...
I have been waiting for you to resurface your rhetoric about the white out with orange striper.

My dinner at Charlies here at the Palazzo is now complete.

Putz :)

What color did they have the most of laying around? Be thankful they did not have an "Operation Pettycoat" moment ... or you'd be driving a PINK car. :biggrin

If Henry had anything to do with it ... they would all be black!

Personally, I think you can "sort" them anyway you like, but the most sought after are the Tungstens.

Jer
