Who ever stole your GT and did thes then returned it to you with the GPS set was a nice car thief.

Did you ask him if he was in 5th or 6th?

We've got a couple of nice High-Speed road run ares here in S.W. Florida. Might want to cross the state for a go at it on our coast! I'll even loan you my Valentine!

I was in 5th gear when my friend took this.... I was already slowing down (boost close to zero) and my friend was not quick enough with the camera, although my friend told me we never hit the magic number...

it's just shy of the 2 ton mark.... :wink

Good man !! I needed a few more miles to get comfortable..:biggrin
I never looked over at the speedo just the GPS which was right in front of me. An early check of the speedo vs GPS showed my speedo reading high as well..so I concentrated on the GPS those things don't lie !!

Brian, is the GT bone, stock or modified?

Congrats StormCat!!

That sucks with the speedo's reading high... we are showing more miles than what we are actually putting on when averaging high speeds :biggrin

200 mph

Anyone that can read the newspaper and do 200 at the same time is my idol.

What do you want the speedo to read. You can adjust it in the tune to read 1/2 the real speed if you wish! Ask your tuner to give you a tune with user adjustable tire sizes.

Come to think about it, maybe I should adjust my tire size to 10" then 200 mph should be easy on the speedo.

:lol

I'm now running PSII's and as we all know they are about 10% short in the rear. I also have a SCT tuner, so your saying the speedo and odometer can be corrected with the tuner?

Yes if you tuner enabled the optional parameters for you. If not tell him to make the change and email you an updated file.

Mrs. Bony was upset when she saw my speedo pushing triple digits (on a closed private road) and I pointed out that it is really 33.3% less than actual. She could equate that based on the willy meter. :) 9 inches are really 6 inches :) Seemed to work just fine with her :)

Pulley, Tune and X pipe...
