Damn. Is that the car that was just at SEMA?

I was going to buy it, but saw that the shifter ball was missing!

friendly seller...

hate how these are always in some muddy lot with a mangey dog

Both doors have similar whacks. I wonder how he managed that?

Just like with the LAST ONE we saw in a similar locale - NO PLASTIC TARP!

Man, I get the pucker factor just looking at these photos. I think I'll stroll out to the garage and give my shiney red mosheen a hug and a kiss. :wink

Car has a florida destruction only title and he is not listing that. The car is for export only or parts only. I seen this for sale else where on wensday and i was going to bid on it. He bought it on thursday or friday and is look'n to pedal it. Paid like 75,000 to 77,000.

What is a destruction only title?

That's a very rare factory option. Most common it's found on black cars, but it's occasionally available on other colors also. :biggrin

'Pretty much just what it says, acc'ding to what I was told. It means the car can't be used for street driving... the state won't license it. It can only be used for parts.

As I understand it, this kinda title results from an insurance co having paid a "total loss" claim of some kind on a vehicle. ( It's issued so that somebody isn't "suckered" into buying what may LOOK like a perfectly good car -but isn't. Like a "flood" car for instance. It may LOOK and pbly DRIVE fine now...but, down the road...)

Florida and cali are the main states that do this to car for some reason. But yes the car can NOT be title again ever in the United States. This car would of sold for a 100,000 if the title had been good. I have contacted the seller on ebay and let him no about the title issue and cannot believe he does not know about a Destruction/export only title being a dealer.

It's amazing what some people on Ebay will try to get away with.. I've got some pictures of this car right after it was wrecked in FL. Per Black 907's comments I'm sure this car was not rebuilt and wrecked a second time in such a short time but who knows? It's does look better that it did after the accident in FL? But maybe some one is trying to hide how bad the damage was ?? Buyer beware !!

I went back and looked at those pictures from the ebay ad and Brian you are right..someone has done something to the car..the windshield was broken by the fire rescue for sure..the driver's door was cut off completely to extract me from the wreakage..the front clip looks like someone attempted to cover up the real damage underneath..good eyes my friend..engine and tranny are good does run..but extensive damage buyer beware is right

"If you have ever taken anything back to walmart for a refund, for any reason, Do Not Bid."
