Who Got The Best Deal On An MSO Car

Good Deal

I was lucky enough to find a new car sitting at a small dealer in VA with 7 miles. Bought it for $11,000 under MSRP. Told my wife I had to buy it because it was on sale. Got a funny look from her.

Hi Furlong,

What year is your GT?

Ok, how about a prize to whoever paid the highest price for the GT? These individuals were the geninue GT lovers and supporters because they spoke with their money.

Apparently no one read my post about the 205 paid by me... guys... WHERE THE F IS THE LOVE...I KNOW MY DADS' WIN COUNTERED WHAT I PAID DOWN TO 126 BUT NO ONE ELSE HERE IS TALKING.... C'mon...... LOVE, compassion, something... :wink

Here's some love. That's a damn impressive price you paid and a more impressive average between the two of you. I can relate to you paying over; however, I'm more interested in your Dad's win. I'm sure I must've read it here somewhere but remind us again about that story.

The GT is a 2005, it was built Oct. 05 I believe. I had to have a garage built, and they just finished before the cold weather came in. As soon as I get a chance I will post some pix, and then explore the varied interiors that other forum members have completed.

How much for the garage? You should add that to your total and I think you will find that you have paid well over MSRP:biggrin

You're right, and that was tough sneaking by "she who must be obeyed".

Search... my dad won a GT .... it was a thread I started when he indeed won... alot of guys had bought tickets here on the forum... he bought his 2 days before the drawing... absolutely amazing... thanks for the love..

Using this formula:

price paid excluding sales tax, hauler, dealer options, etc. / factory list price - 1

who got the greatest discount.

Me 4.36%

You're going to hate me. My '05 was about 8% under, and the Heritage was about 7% under. My other two were used, so I can't count those (although they were both under MSRP, one was ALOT under.)
