and a few more of the Snake

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm ...
Oooookay. Here's another dumb question from the "dumb question King": Take a look at the idler pulley between the superchargers on the blue (GREAT COLOR!:biggrin) 'Snake . Shouldn't that drive belt pass UNDER the 'pulley???? :shrug
(That may be "correct" for THAT CAR specifically, I don't know. I'm asking "in general".)

Moose, quit the teasing and post all your pictures NOW:thumbsup

Do you know how they get the cars up on the "platforms"? (they appear to be platforms as opposed to lifts but I may be mistaken)

Thank you ................That puts a smile on my face :wink

Wow! :bow

Thanks for posting! Next time I'm in Scottsdale I'd like to call you and see if you can pull that off once more!

Is that an original Cobra Daytona? As in one of the only 5 ever built?

Very impressive! Great job! :thumbsup

Wow -:thumbsup :willy :cheers

EVERYTHING in there is REAL! I had sensory overload in there. There was sooooo much to see. I was listening to every word Harley IV and III had to say. They are fascinating to talk to. Such a wealth of knowledge. I believe they said the Datona is worth $12 Mil. and the Ferrari 17 Mil?? I'll have to call a lifeline on this though...HEY AZ GT OWNERS...Help me out on this one.

There are two Ferrari 250 GTOs in the pictures, the blue one and a red one. Also what looks like a Type 61 Birdcage Maserati. The Cobra Daytona Coupe is a very special car also.

Harley Cluxton is very well known in the collecting community and as seen has a beautiful collection. Under wraps on the shelves I believe are where the most of the historic racers are stored. He bought one of the Cadillac race cars at BJ this year.

Extreme indeed

Thank you

Shadowman

With some of the previous threads on the BJ Auctions inflating some of the muscles cars of the past, this collection is the no nonsense real deal of the cars that made our hearts pound. From what I read this collection is the best of the rarities, he is to be commended on his collection. We are a lucky group to have a sliver of that history by being owners of a new and improved LeMans winner. I don't know about you, but whenever I glance at my gal I shake my head and can't believe we are experiencing that aura with such a low entry point. I feel blessed.
