Great Weekend! Great thread! Keep the comments coming.
That said, and weather not withstanding, the time I spent at Joey's was PRICELESS! Thank you so much, Joey and Ellen for your fabulous hospitality and great food. ( I am glad you talked me into staying for dinner, because the traffic really wasn't too bad at all when I left. )

And thanks to everyone who came to the weekend, those I had met before, and new folks as well. I find that GT Owners in general are just GREAT people to spend time with. We all share the obvious pleasure and pride in our respective GT's, but I believe we all share the joy of a much deeper bond as real life-long car enthusiasts, and it is really great to share in this, whether it is telling stories; sharing experiences; giving tech hints; or just plain listening.

Thanks again Joey and Ellen for making this possible.

I know there are some other similar get-togethers held in various place around the country, but for those Forum members who don't get to participate in something like this on a local/regional level, I would urge you to give it a try. If you can find someone like Joey who can step up to the plate and serve as the focal point to make such an event happen in your area, any and all that you can get to participate will have the time of their lives.

Well said Bill ........

Joey is like Sonic Blue ........ "One of a kind"
I'll post More pictures later :thumbsup

Joey & Ellen, thanks for allowing me onto your island 3 years in a row. Non-stop fun and food. The weather might have been better but I think the condition of the roads won't change any time soon. Great seeing everyone again!

Here are about 57 photos from the event: ( a couple highlighting the dounpours )

Quickly must thank GT GUY Denis for the tip on the fill spot for the transaxle fluid; just completed the 5 quart change.

Anyway you can downsize the pics? Requires much scrolling. Thanks for posting and it looks like an awesome time! Look forward to seeing whichever of you come to Austin next month!

Yes,

there is a way to make the photos smaller; but as I age, I get lazy. The next best thing would be to save them onto your system and re-size as you choose. I'll work on the smaller size the next go around and 'clicking' smaller image will pull in the full size.

Hope you all have fun down in Texas.
