Updates on your 2005-2006 Ford GT, What have you done lately?

OK, thanks does Borla still make the headers? I'm looking for a set myself ,I have the Ford racing muffler, but want to pair them up with the headers
Not that I’m aware of. The headers have been there awhile. L&M Cams + Ford Racing Muffler were recently installed

Not a great picture, but these seat vents are what I plan to reproduce.

My first set of all-aluminum seat vents arrived from the machine shop and are now being Cerekoted.

They look awesome! Can’t wait to see the finished product. Are these gonna fit overtop of the existing factory ones are replace them?

Entire replacement. They will be the vent the original design called for.

The hiccup in designing and machining them was making them the same exact size as the original, and having a method of securing them to the panel in the seat. We came up with a nut that is tightened down on that panel and will snug the leather up as tight or tighter than the plastic.

The original vents were kind of melted or hot glued in.

These can be left raw, anodized, powder coated or Cerekoted.

Are they more, or less expensive than the eggs they replaced?

Swapped calipers with @plastique999

Striped car gained an option and stripeless lost another option. Both cars look much better after.

Did you finally get the tune upgrade?which tune did you choose?

In addition to larger shows, I still have fun going to smaller gatherings, and not necessarily just American muscle car or exotic car focused.

Today, I went to a local high school show, the students study car culture for a week, and then end the seminar with a car show. I've gone a few times in past years, to similar events, and it's always fun to surprise the students with a Ford GT.

Always brings out the smiles and questions. And fun to see what shows up.

I had the Whipple replaced with my original Supercharger. I figured I would have an easier time passing California Smog this summer, when it's time to renew registratiion.

Good view of the now functional center vents - can see the valve covers - and size for reference.

Yes - has 150+ now just didn't have the picture. Pretty much been parked since October. My friend took it to a special car show last week. Forsa Group (aka Microsoft) gather up the local cars that were used in their game. Click on the photo with the sign on the windshield.

Rich Brooks of GT guy LLC did my center console and double din surround. On the storage bin you could ask him.
