Insurance is available through HDPE, at hdpeins.locktonaffinity.com.

Rally VII is included in their listing of October Events. Simply click on the event, and follow their on-line application process. It is straightforward and simple, and after you make payment, you will receive documentation of your coverage by e-mail.

If you have any questions, call Fred at 913-562-7529. He is quite knowledgeable and helpful.

You have until close of business on the 10th to apply.
 
Best insurance is to buy good tires and mind your "P's" and "Q's"! :)
 
I will assign Tim Cantwell to you as your instructor ! So don't worry!
 
Still only limited to max coverage of $100K insurance coverage and not agreed value of car!

Yes, unfortunately it's not as good as it could be.

However, if you should have the misfortune of having an incident between 5 and 100K, it's a lot better than having no coverage.

With or without this insurance, totaling the car would be a nightmare scenario.
 
They should post up front that the maximum coverage is only $100!K :frown

In all seriousness. It pays to have insurance I wrecked a Ferrari at Mid Ohio several years ago and the cost was $83,000 to repair. I did have insurance. I was glad I did. I learned a lot and never crashed again in over 10 years!
 
Does anyone know if insurance will be available for Rally 9? First time track driving so I don't plan on ramping it up but I thought it's better to be safe and insured than ...
