touring the Pacifc Coast Hiway


I wouldn't go to Tahoe or the Sierras in the winter in a GT. The Cliff House is ok for GT parking. Some of the other recommendations I would be cautious as they may not be GT friendly. I want no dirt or gravel roads/lots, gentle slopes, safe neighborhood & off the street parking as mandatory for my GT.

Only Ralphie would drive his GT to Tahoe in the winter. Snow, steep hills, cliffs and a FGT with Hoosiers don't mix!

Sight seeing near Broadway and Normandie Terrace is SF's version of visiting the Hollywood stars.
