That looks really good. Is that just vintage concrete grind and polish? And what are those yellow step things on the post?

Yeah, just an extreme amount of grinding a very old floor. They ground so much off it looks like terrazzo It's got stains and plenty of imperfections but for an industrial space it looks bad ass IMO.
