The Ford GT Hardcover book is here!!!!!

Surprises? Goody goody! Nardo likes surprises (fun ones anyway)! Do I need to bring any special lubricant (for the car of course)?

Ordered
I made the original engine tag signature stamps and had I know I would have stamped the book tags.

Oh well can't wait to get the book.

Now that would have been real cool....but there was a reason why we went with the tag in the book, it was thin enough not to tear through or inprint the next page..:thumbsup
thanks again, got the trailer hitched...ready to load and we are off like Nardos girlfriends prom dress in high school....:biggrin gtjoey1314:thumbsup

Update......Today I will be watching Monico/Indy and the Coca Cola 600........what a great day....will also have the cell on and taking the GT for a ride, so call if theres any issues...see you all next week...gtjoey1314

I just received my book & am enjoying it. I now know that GTJoey's GT & mine were completed on the same day. '05 #1313 & '05 #1314 rolled out together. Does that mean we're related?

Ed

I believe you are related. You both give your time and efforts for free to all of the GT community to enjoy. Joey with the book and annual barn gatherings and Ed with his "Ferrari Slayer" decals. Thanks again to both of you.

Big thanks to Joey and the Team who produced this.

Always nice to pick up it up for Memorial Day Weekend.

Great job....esp. all the details form numbered plaque seals to all the things that only a fellow Owner would know.

On the shelf in my Trophy room....

Thanks Nardo GT!

Ed & bro Joey

Ed, Nardo anytime, just a reminder, Marcie will be back at her post tomorrow tuesday and wednesday, then she is off to Carlisle with the entire SVTOA staff. She will have those long fordgt profile books and of course ours, but I think the banners and posters from the barn are sold out .Anything else with book orders please call or email her, so far everyone is under control..CP-1 is in the trailer........cant wait....gtjoey1314

Just recieved 2 questions..On page 60.......Yes the rear frame support bars that you see on top of your engine bay .........the scrap from the bulk head angle cut , BECAME YOUR INSIDE DOOR PULL! look closely, neat. no waste of goods.....
Second on page 40 Marcie designed that old/new shot, will look into it if we can blow it up or a poster........
thanks again...gtjoey1314

I received my books last week and haven't been on the forum to reply - my apologies.

Excellent my friend. :thumbsup You two made a great collaboration on this and am honored to have been apart of it. Bought the extra books for the family as they have never seen our name in print - well except for the "sheet" :secret:

Thanks again Marcie & Joey - you guys are the best. :thumbsup

:cheers
Trent

GTJoey - ok, I read Chapter 6 What about my 1313 other than good luck?

still waiting. Hope to have it before I leave for carlisle late wed.

Awesome, the pony express made it up north just before the Canada Posties go on strike. Yay!! This book is great. The only bad thing is I shouldn't have had it delivered to me at work since I cannot put it down. Oh well. LOL. Book number matches my VIN. Thanks Marcie and Joey!!!

Joey and Marcie, We got our books last week. Very well done. See you in Carlisle. Thanks, KO

Still no book here in Alaska.
I think the Pony Express must of lost a shoe somewhere in Canada, handed it off to the Dog Sled team and they are stuck in the mountains waiting for snow in the low lands...

Should have handed off to a bush pilot, now your screwed.:lol

Flatrod - I'll be in Anchorage for a weekend in July. Wish I could ship my GT for it.
