Test Drive as part of program

I imagine this thread is eliciting chuckles.

we need to do something to pass the time.. :pop:pop

I can do a twofer amputation below the knees if that'll help.

You're a true gentleman Ed, thank you

I was told once I was to scrawny to be on the varsity football team, to short to play on the basketball team with all the giants. The 6'1 supermodel I dated (shallow) said at 5'9 she did not to marry a guy shorter than her SO WHAT! HA, I FIT IN A GT40!! :rofl Test drive would only fair, either way you will have to adapt.:thumbsup

I would have worn platform shoes for the super model. .

Height disparity is less evident when you're laying down.

When you say super model do you mean 1:10 scale GT? :rofl:lol

All this fuss for nothing. If size is important, try out a GT 40 Superformance. I drive a McLaren that has the seats close together and no problem. Of course the 06 GT has more room, but really more than you need. My Superformance GT 40 is fun to drive so I do not think about how tight it is, and so is the McLaren! Can't wait to drive the new GT!

@ 6'2" the 05-06 does NOT have more room than I need. It's ok, but nothing like my 991 TTS in terms of room.

I'm 6'-4" and I definitely know when its time for a haircut when I drive the GT. That's why I have a flat top....

At Rally 9 it was a challenge to get the seat adjusted so I could wear a helmet.

I'm 5' 6", so I guess I just moved up on the suitable candidate list.

Only if you can see over the steering wheel.

This just out... a new requirement for the application process... you must be a minimum of 6'-0".

Based on the cockpit that people could sit in at Rally X at the design studio, height will not be the problem but your width will.

where was the cockpit they allowed people to sit in?

To the center right when you walked in. At the beginning the designer / engineer didn't allow anybody to sit in it but by the end it seems a lot of people were doing it. I wish I remembered the designer's name that sat with me in there. Awesome young guy that was truly passionate about his work on the GT and had answers to everything. Even explained the importance of finding an area for a cupholder. :lol

Once again you you got it wrong - that is a Maximum of 6'-0". btw that's Height not Width!

And anyone with a shoe size larger than 9.5 (US) will get dimisished points.

From GT owner +100 points, original owner +100 points, for still owning the car +1,000 points and mileage +130,000 points, Tungston +500,000 points. We are looking at owner #1.

There will be some of us going on diets.
