Sneak Pics of ROCMAN's GT with 20/22" RIM SETUP

Looks really good. Not my wifes style and probably not for me.. But I must say... It is a very very hot look. Bringing it to the rally? I just road over SandCanyon last week on my road bike. Started in the Valley and came over little tujunga. Wife picked us up at The IN and Out. Was about a 26 mile bike ride.. Would of rather done it in the GT :cheers

I wish I could go, but work does not allow me. Driving to and from work has become the only time off I get, so I try to make it as enjoyable as possible.
I have not had a vacation in over 6 years. :frown
Hopefully, I can make it to some of the local gatherings. :thumbsup

Here are some sneak pics of Rocman's GT with 20/22" iForged Rims

Specs

20x9.5 iForged Classic 2 Front 2.5" lip 255/30/20 same rolling diameter as stock
22x12 iForged Classic 2 Rear 5" rear lip 335/25/20 same roling diameter as stock

I like it - looks bad... But I must admit that I'm not a big fan of the increased front spacing of the wheels.

I decided to stay with the original front space on the rear wheels to keep the wheels nicely tucked under the car on the front I've gone 10mm further out - quite conservative I suppose...

My suspension is lowered aprox 20mm with the Ohlins coilovers.

one of 101,

The wheels on your Ford GT are also manufactured by us. We call that model the Aero. We recommend running the larger pirelli tires that actually keep the same rolling diameter as the stock tire sizes. When the white GT finally lowers his car, the wheels will also tuck more inside the fender just like yours. His front and rear lip is 1" larger than your rear, due to our new xtreme fit forging technology.

I'm a fan of the looks of many aftermarket wheels, and these look great. However, I am not a fan of the increased weight of aftermarket wheels. I learned this the hard way with previous cars. I would be interested in aftermarket rims/tires for my GT, but only provided that they weighed the same (or less) than the stock rim/tire combo. That is difficult to acheive. But purely from an appearance standpoint, the rims on Rocman's and One of 101's cars look great.

Our wheels are forged aluminum compared to the cast aluminum of the stock wheels, so the weights should be comparable in a 19/20" setup as stock. Of course the 20/22" setup is going to be a little heavier than the stock setup.

The wheels are great - very light weight (the heavy part is the 22" tires) I have an ADVAN sponsor deal, so I'm forced to run the 315/30-22 SUV tire at the rear...

The rears are Y rated (300 km/h)....
