Robertson Racing Ford GT on podium at Le Mans!!

Couldn't be happier for a great team! Congradulations!

Here's a nice picture of the Robertsons.

Unfortunately i couldn´t make it to attend this year at Le Mans (work as priority) but i followed the race on TV and it was an exciting race it coud be titled as the Audi miracle, but for all of us here the performance of Robertson GT is awesome, Thanks and congratulations to the Robertson and Team for their great performance. After more than 40 years the Ford GT is definitively back at Le Mans. Also i want to remember the great time i could share last year with some of you.
Regards
Pierre

Where both cars originally Silver?

Absolutely surreal and fantastic! Congratulations and Happy Anniversary!

This has been an event I will treasure forever. It means so much to me to see Dave, Andrea, H, and every person on this team get the result they have all worked so hard for. This "family" has so much heart. We looked at the race and knew what we had to do, be reliable and run as fast as we can "knowing" we would not make a mistake. The team prepared with so much detail that we were prepared for anything that could have happened, including converting from paddle shift to manual in only two laps. Andrea and Dave did exactly what they needed to do and didn't make one mistake. The team did "every" pit stop without errors for 24 hours. That is what put us on the podium. Looking at the races coming up in ALMS we will have a slightly different strategy and will be looking for more speed. I think we are just getting better with time. I am so glad to see the interest in Robertson Racing grow and happy we can give some excitment back. It also gives me goose bumps to think about the history of the Ford GT and racing knowing we are creating history with it again.

More Photos

The first 4 photos are taken chronologically - evening, at night, morning, and finish - these are courtesy of www.ultimatecarpage.com

The last one I obtained from a private party who was at the event - I rather like it's composition.

Indeed, the lightning bolt graphic on the car makes this photo outstanding....energy, power, drama. Cool image.

Congratulations from your fans in PA.

I'm not that knowlegable on the professional racing world so can someone tell me why Ford does not sponsor cars in these races and why is Chevrolet is the only U.S. sponsor?
