I'd also buy one if there were spares out there...

Thanks,

There was talk some time ago about an improved version - specifically a dc-dc converter, and powering the gauges on the output.

Any further thoughts on this?

I had no problem with the gauges at 25k miles, but didn't want to take any chances, installed Jay's solution. Now at 30k miles, no problems.
If you read the subject from page 1 through 15, it shouldn't be too difficult to build your own. And a lot less expensive than new gauges.
I would be most curious, will anyone who has installed analogdesigner's solution and had a subsequent gauge failure please post. No negative results would make the current solution seem totally satisfactory.

Thanks again Jay!

Jay's solution seems to be working for me.....no gauge problems.

Jay's solution seems to be working for me too. Even though I do not have it. No gauge problems!

was there any further progress on the dc-dc converter? or is the original "fix" good enough?
