GT Drives

DBK - As you can tell - I'm enjoying retirement. And enjoying my GT at the same time. Life is good. Cancel that. Life in a GT is Great!

I have been traveling alone, so I utilize the passenger footwell for a soft bag, the right hand seat has the laptop and small suit case. I hang things from a suction cup mount, from a GPS unit, behind the passenger seat. Anything else is on Visa card.

NOTHING but cleaning supplies in the "Trunk". It get really hot in there, everything just melts. Had a Windex bottle swell to twice its normal size. Luckily it didn't break.

Gordo knows how expensive it was to replace Susan's makeup. Everything melted. Lesson learned?

Mr. Bannister, you of all people should know that the only "Crazy GT Owner" lives on Long Island. I think his name is GT JJJJOOOEEEYY!!!!!!!!!! He has one of those Candy Cane cars.
And a lot of admiration from all us of here on the Forum. If we could only bottle up his energy and stop his use of abusive capital letters.

Bada Bing Joe.

Wait a minute, Joey doesn't live on Long Island! Or did he move? I thought he was further north and west. Joey, what's the story!

Definitely "c" plus up to 4 track days/year (planned for next year). Bought in May 2006 and have participated in 2 VIR track days = 1420 miles. Drive a couple of rallys, local Ferrari club.

I'm in the "C" mode also. Getting ready to take it up to Willow Springs for its first jaunt on a track.

C here!!! I have had the car for 14 months now and I have about 4000 miles on it now. I have more trips planned for this year though :biggrin

Probably gonna be a "D" - maybe a "C":eek

Seems kinda inadequate ... but looks like a d.
