I use my Ford GT:

a. Almost exclusively for racing
b. Frequent street driving (>5k mi/yr)
c. Moderate street driving (>2k/yr but <5k/yr)
d. Minimal street driving (>500 mi/yr but <2k/yr)
e. Rare street driven, chiefly a collector car (<500 mi/yr)
f. No street miles, car is stored and not driven

I drive mine to work at least once a week.

The wife and I go hob knob at her favorite restaurants.

And I make it to a few local car shows.

I have been told that I put way to many miles on it, but screw it... it just looks so sad parked in my garage. So I guess "B or C" (I haven't had it for a year yet, but at the rate I'm going "C").

I talked to Camilo yesterday and he has 18,000 on the clock in 10 month's of ownership. Can anyone top that? :lol

7 Months and at the "B" level:biggrin

c to b.

plus G) I drive my GT to pick up hotties.. :biggrin

Looks like a B or C, plus at least 2 track events. First one is next week!

Derry

C to B I should think - nearly 5,000 miles after 11 months.

B or C. I've had mine 5 months or so, and I just rolled over 3k.

C). but with the weather less oppressive now I'm driving it more and more. Mostly on weekends and for trips to see my parents (260 mi. round trip). I get to my hometown in a hurry. Took the GT to a car show 2 weekends ago (400 plus cars with lots of muscle cars and custom hot rods). Got a plaque for "top 100 cars". Only new car to win an award.

Cool ! :thumbsup

"B" the Fwy's of SoCal - and points N, S & E (PCH is only a few miles away)

I would be between B & C, but after the car is done with all the mods, it would B. :biggrin

Coming up on a year this month and unfortunatly d to c North E winters do take their toll.

Driving Patterns

Definitely B to C, and maybe a track event soon. Can't stay out of it---need the thrills--

D & E I only drive when I need an ego boost.

Bmiles

I guess I'm and "advanced" B.

16,000 since March '06 delivery.

Jeff -

Since you are the Road Trip King - any tips for the rest of us, on traveling light, and where to put all the stuff...

That is great that you are really enjoying the car.

51 weeks and 1 day of ownership B ~7k mikes. Birthday coming up :cheers (for the car)

Plan to run 7 - 10k next year

Holy God Larson you are CRAZY! :biggrin That's an awesome amount of trips.

I got the car in June, it has 3k miles. I drive it whenever I get the urge or have time, but the weather has to be good. I don't tool around in it; if I'm in it, I'm drivin' it.

Hey Bud!

What about our pal Camilo? 18k in 10 months in Michigan weather?

He was not kidding when he said the "Car" is meant to be driven", and driven hard at that. :biggrin
