Its sad that this whole web continues. There are thousands of lives lost, killed in cars of all types, where the major cause of the accident seems to be the fault of the person holding the wheel, vs the car. 2 passionate "car guys" lost their lives, in a horrible tragedy. RIP

Blaming Porsche for the loss of life here is like blaming a construction company for the death of someone who climbs over a railing and jumps from a bridge it built.
Straight up? As Andy opined, the blame lies with the driver. 'Twas he who was 'on site', assessed road conditions, and 'gave the car its commands', so to speak...not Porsche.
No car company has the tech to build a car capable of preventing the death(s) of its passenger(s) in any and all collision scenarios. Odds are none ever will...

There was no injustice here; driver erred and both died; it's that simple.

As I understand it, the young lady is 16, wouldn't have a clue normally at that age about law suits. "advisors" are spending her dollars.
