Should be done next week. Shop owner has been working on it during the 3 week shutdown in MI. A3420E8D-C46A-48E8-9A15-F33E3DEE4318.jpegA3D52C87-7B59-4468-97CE-9B18D5DBEF51.jpeg

That for sure qualifies as "essential"! (well not really, but great to having it done!)

Our 2020 Heritage GT is in the process of being XPEL wrapped at the moment, the guys are doing a great job and really taking their time. Regarding the interior, do they need to remove the seat bases to install the door sill, footwell, and spine coverings? Thanks in advance. I need to get active on this forum!

Yes. Seat bases are removed with only 4 nuts. Very easy. Once out, it reveals 2 screws that attach the door sill trim piece (in addition to the panel clips)

EDIT, posting in another thread, I remembered that you have to take out the storage compartment, on the drivers side. 2 small screws at the back of the compartment (hard to see actually)

Welcome and congratulations.

Have them removed the passenger footwell metal bracket too. This will allow the film to be installed properly. You will also need to remove the carbon fiber passenger footwell fuse access panel. These are hand twist off fasteners.

(I even PPF the floor under the mats, the metal dead pedal and the fuse cover)

Welcome, I saw your car on Instagram and at MM, hope to meet you one day at an event!

Welcome and congratulations. Yours must be close to my VIN#69. Mine has been getting PPF done for the last three weeks and cant wait to pick it up tomorrow. Hope to get them all together soon.

I did not pull my seats but did what spartan did...

Ours is #68, saw yours on the truck ahead of ours. I tried to slip the driver a Benjamin to deliver us the #69 1969 Heritage Edition car, and you the #68, but he wouldnt take it. Apparently your car is pretty coveted with that production number and paint combo. Congrats!

Tomorrow is our maiden voyage with Bob Ida and his GT, will report back with some pics
