Other Obsessions

I don't know if it qualifies as an obession (and it certainly isn't as adrenaline-pumping as some of the hobbies already listed), but I got into the saltwater aquarium hobby about a year ago... Breathtaking beauty in the fish and corals, and a nice change of scenery in my Midwest home.

Cool! I love aquariums. Photos please.

Tracking a car, shooting Skeet.

'Vegas. I'm obsessed with the place. 'Have no clue as to exactly why that's the case, but I am. (It darn sure has nothing to do with the gambling...I know that. :wink )

Beyond that; '50s & '60s cars...guns...and diamonds. (LUV the 'fire' in the latter. 'Fascinated by it.) 'Used to be a motorcycle freak too before I busted myself up in a fall. Now I don't dare ride one. ('Probably too darned old anyway.)

Here is a couple:

Nice pics Paul. Some nice father son time too.

Thanks Rick. I've had more fun with the kids than I ever thought possible.

Thanks for your interest. My tank is only a year old, so give me another year or two for my corals to mature a bit... it will look a lot more impressive then. Right now it's like a new house that is freshly landscaped and all of the trees and shrubs are under-sized.

Avid motorcylist here too as I have 2010 KTM RC8, 2010 KTM 990 Supermoto R, 2009 Harley Streetglide, 2008 MV Agusta F4 1000R, 2011 KTM 350 XCF and I ride all of them quite frequently and also still race an enduro and hare scrambles every now and then and do track days on my RC8. I also have as collector bikes a 1974 Suzuki TM 50 (like my first bike), Joe Kopp's National Championship Harley XR750 flat tracker, 1974 Honda CB550-4 and a 1974 Suzuki TS 500 Titan (two stroke) that I did a ground up rebuild on. So driving and tracking my GT and riding and racing bikes is it for me. In fact I am headed to Laguna Seca with the 990 Supermoto in a few weeks to attend the Moto GP races

I think this list of nice bikes might say bikes are an obsession for you too. OH and I forgot to add my 2003 Yamaha TZ250 grand prix bike

Playing music in my band. Drums.

Did it for a living before law school. Now do it part time for fun, but guys I play with are top notch, some former session players, so it makes it fun.

Also kids sports. Daughter was college volleyball. Oldest son was basketball player now professional golfer, youngest HS basketball. ( both boys 6'7"-- they had no choice )

Boating on Lake Mead.

I have been restoring motorcycles for 30 years but I enjoy these even more. Here is a before and after of a recent restoration.

Farm tractor restoration is a 'biggie' in and around my area too...as are tractor pull events.

Nice job on that thing. Looks like it was a whole bunch of work.

Wow, nice restoration. Why the big, tall stack? Hard to pull into a barn?
