Off the Jackstands and on the road!

Monday I registered my new toy and took it straight back to my hanger where it has been up on jackstands ever since. I installed Penske double adjustable shocks from T&A, a FRP muffler purchased from a fellow forum member, a CDC bumper delete kit (get the panel back from the paint shop tomorrow, harness bars from Notre4, fixed a leaking fitting on the existing FRP transaxle cooler, fixed a dent in an underbody panel. Tomorrow I can button things up, install the new tune from Torrie, hardwire my Escourt into the car's electical harness and go driving. Its been a long week.

Next Friday I am going to the Spokane Raceway....::biggrin:biggrin:biggrin

That is a very good analogy! I need to go for a drive!
 
Hey, Torrie:
For those of us that actually drive our cars, would you share what "fixes" you've had to do to your 34K mile FGT, other than the expected oil and filter changes. Might be nice to anticipate things and be a little pro-active.

Oh just the basic stuff, all fluids, serpentine belts, filters, spark plugs, oil pump belt.
 
OMG!!! rocketman I love that & believe you me, when I get mine it will be driven!! LOL
