Quick General observations after seeing the entire Monday night game:

New England is 7-0
Colts are now 6-0 (the colts have gone at least 6-0 every time for the last 3 years)

1. Record

The Colt's combined opponents record is 20-18 (keep in mind they have played one less game)
The Colts dismantled a tough Jaguars team (4-2) in an away game by the score of 29-7 and beat a tough Tennessee team (4-2) in an away game.
They beat the Denver Broncos (4-3), and they beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-3) ...both convincingly.

The New England combined opponents record is 17-28.
The beat a tough Dallas team (6-1) in an away game (the only team they have played with a winning record) .

2. Quarterback and offensive play.

Brady has 27 Tds and 3 Interceptions.
Manning has 11 TDs and 3 interceptions (the Colts however LEAD the NFL in rushing scores!).

3. Defense

Both teams are relatively in a dead heat as far as defensive statistics, respectively ranked 3rd and 4th in the NFL. (however the Colts have had much tougher competition)

4. Personnel

Manning, Wayne, Harrison, Clark and Addai Vs. Brady, Moss, Welker, Watson , (insert name of running back of the week) .

Are a fairly close match up but the edge actually goes to the Colts.

Manning (even) Brady
Wayne < Moss
Clark > Watson
Harrison (if healthy) > Welker
Addai > (insert name of running back of the week here)

The patriots do not have players on the defense of the same caliber of Freeney and Sanders, so the player for player match up on defense would potentially favor the Colts.

This all points to a monster match up in a few weeks but based on the info in this email, I think the Colts are going to win.

No offense but your NUTS! Reggie Wayne better than Randy Moss?:willy , not just that, but everyone with the exception of Dallas was out of the game in the first quarter against NE. Last year if not for a couple of dropped passes by incompetent recievers NE would of won that game also in Indy and their 4th superbowl . Well they addressed that problem and then some, the only chance Indy has is NE has to play them again in Indy. I don't know why but the last 3 years all the games are on Indys home field. I don't think Indy can match up at any position except quarterback with the Great Peyton Manning and he is Great!!

Jamie the open alligator mouth goes to the winner LOL! Moss is better....it's the "greater than" sign.

I think New England looks slightly better than they are because their opposition outside of Dallas has been subpar.

As a neutral observer my preference would be an Indy win just because of how Belicheck has acted post-CameraGate, but I think NE is probably better. I'll definitely be watching.
