Hi Pete, thank you for your advice. This is exactly what i want to do. Just drive the car. But, as far as i can tell from my cars and the spare part situation i will sleep better with some brake discs in my shelf. As mentioned above i live near Frankfurt with Autobahns A3, A5 and A45 just in front of my home, so breaking at 200 mph/300 km/h is daily business on the way to work
I know that the GT is a very reliable car compared to other supercars older, newer or same aged. But as a car keeper, it should be better to have some fitting discs, spark plugs, belts and so on.
I will definitely destroy the current tires from the day on, when i know about the overall condition of the car and i have a licence plate. The German Polizei would say nothing. Also the local TÜV guys. The problem is our Ministry of Motor Vehicles (Kraftfahrtbundesamt or KBA, sounds like a Secret Service). ONCE you have a plate, much more things are possible. Everyone from Polizei loves such kind of car (if it has approval from KBA)
