Either my computer just came of age, or the Forum has undergone an update. Nice, fresh look. Cool.

I must be doing something wrong as half of the available real estate is now borders??? Perusing the profile page for changing 'defaults', though I can't seem to locate solution. It must be here.

Lotta Matech Blue for sure.

Hey, you never know. Some people sit up all night staring at the screen and need the dark background.

Dave, while you're in the neighborhood could you look into the "new posts don't mach in multiple computers"?

THanks!

The location of the menu/buttons with the "new posts, private messages" etc. to the very top of the window (above the picture display) means having to scroll way to the top . I liked it better below the picture. Less moving things to go back to the "new posts" button.

It's a completely new installation with no modifications so it should work.

Is this regards to the new posts? I think the default is to store it locally (using cookies) instead of "on the server". It's some administrator control panel configuration.

I like the look as well! But I only am using the middle half of my browser. Is there a way to "fill" it out?

Can you screen cap it so I can see what it looks like? It's a fixed width installation, and for example on my 13" MBP on 2560 x 1600 display this is what it looks like:

On my PC the borders are like your above picture. Half of the real estate is used up by borders.

On my iPad, there is full use of the real estate, without borders.

Yes -- I have 4 1/2 inches of white space on the left side and 4 1/2 inches on the right side. The 'Forum' is in the middle 10 1/2 inches..
Desktop.
But it is crisp and easy to read.

I have a FHD display but I keep the window to about the left 1/2 or a little more of the full display. The visible porton of everything is exactly where it was before.
This is about the same as a vertical display like would be on a phone or tablet in portrait mode. Some forums add panes to the left and right that have stuff but have a way to slide those things off so the main part of the forum retains most of the window.

Am I missing something? Where's the RED skin? How can you do this Forum without a RED skin? Please enable.
